Since dengue is a viral infection caused by an infected mosquito, the main methods to control or prevent dengue are to prevent mosquitoes from breeding and to protect ourselves from mosquito bites by using mosquito repellents and wearing long sleeve shirts and trousers.

Despite these precautions, dengue continues to be a threat and dengue control remains a challenge. There is an important need for more preventive measures and innovative tools to be considered as part of integrated approach in battling dengue.

                    • The Normie Mozzie

Your normal neighborhood dengue carrier. She might look harmless, even cute, but don't be fooled. The virus can be deadly.

                      The Naughty Mozzie

Ahh… The naughty mozzie. Ever tried to smash one down but can't seem to get her no matter how hard you tried? She is fast, relentless and annoying!
                    • The Petite Mozzie

This one is indeed cute. Not so long ago she was still a larvae, swimming around in a puddle in your backyard. But give her some time… she will be a dangerous one and ready to make you severely sick.

This one has a big appetite. She drank so much that she could barely fly. Worst of all, she left no tips, just viruses. Talk about an ungrateful guest!

                      The Bored Mozzie

This is a spoiled brat. She got it so easy as people just don't excite her anymore. But she still carries with her dengue viruses, just like her kind. So don't let your guard down and get rid of her on sight!
                    • The Boss

The ultimate virus-spreading mozzie. She's been around since forever and has caused so much damage to human kind.
She's super fast, super strong, and carries a few serotypes of the dengue virus.1
Take her down before she gets our character hospitalized.
